Please note that not all health insurance plans are accepted. Please verify with your insurance provider prior to scheduling. We currently do not accept certain Medicare HMO plans, Medicaid, or Cigna EPO. Certain insurances such as Workmen’s Comp will need a referral from your primary provider. We welcome all patients on a self-pay basis.
