Please note that not all health insurance plans are accepted. Please verify with your insurance provider prior to scheduling. We are happy to provide guidance. We currently do not accept certain Medicare HMO plans, Medicaid. Certain insurances such as Workmen’s Comp will need a referral from your primary provider. We welcome all patients on a self-pay basis.
